I called Sherry out in the spring of 2015 to talk about putting my house on the market. I didn't have a date but wanted to discuss options and comps to get and idea. After we met she returned several days later with a full report on my home and the area home sales. I sat on that info through the summer and come late fall I put the house on the market. With a very, very detailed description of the home and surrounding area we listed it for $35K over the original comps from spring. Get Sherry in early and discuss what's happening in the market, sit on that info for a bit, I was able to call and email her with many questions- she is a delight to work with. Don't be afraid to ask well over what the comps are (I didn't on past homes and regret it!), have an open house and pick a day you will look at all offers- this is what Sherry did and look at what I ended up with.... $40k over asking second day on the market.
