Sherry goes above and beyond for her clients and always wants the best for them. She is not afraid to be honest about everything that she sees. She negotiates and tries her best to get the best for us. This was our first home and she made it a breeze, even with our lack of knowledge and experience. She was always there to answer any questions. She got us a lot of the closing costs back from looking at the inspection and negotiating with the sellers so we got to have a lot more cash in hand, or have repairs done, and made sure we did not lose any of our earnest money. We definitely recommend sherry as she is honest, hardworking, smart, and very communicative.
