I had been working with an agent for over a year and my experience was that I basically had to find the homes I liked and wait for an open house then contact my agent to submit an offer. I contacted sherry on here and It blew me away how quick and responsive she was with not only me but with communicating with sellers/home owners. Literally that day she had several showing set up, I think She showed me more places in the few weeks we worked together than I had seen in the year + I had been looking. With that she gave honest feed back about the house and whether or not it would be a good fit for me and my families situation. In under a month we found the house of our dreams and negotiated a price in our budget, and truly believe it wouldn’t of been possible without her.
