Thank goodness that this little lady answered the phone two weeks ago; on her day off! (and on her way to Ikea!) She has been amazing and we found a place, put an offer in, got offer accepted and were on our way; jumping through hoops for the lender, but we DID it! SO excited to be a home owner again!
